CIMS Conference in Orlando #3

Today is Day One of the CIMS Forum or Conference and I must say that if you are not attending, you are missing a great conference. Today were all day workshops - I attended "Every Change Needs a Champion" with Debra Bingham MS RN LCCE from California. She was amazing in walking us through the steps to making change happen - very methodical and thoughtful process. I also had lunch with my friend Nicette and am looking forward to hearing Dr. Charles Mahan this evening.

Then it is out to dinner with some of my Floridian birthing friends.
